The gaps that change interpretation
Non-GLP-1 evidence
A ten-query ClinicalTrials.gov snapshot now preserves 44 returned records, including biomarker matches, historical studies and explicit mock/fictional exclusions. That is not a validated treatment-trial count; global registry and full-paper coverage remain incomplete.
Regulatory details
Original July briefing and relevant slide passages are now reviewed; committee minutes, substance-specific votes and conflicts remain unresolved. State-specific prescribing and compounding rules are not fully mapped.
Clinical readouts
The clinical results desk now separates three randomized-study populations, primary endpoints and estimands, with selected safety findings. Full papers, supplementary safety tables and qualified review remain outstanding. Sponsor headlines are not substitutes.
Court outcomes
Lawsuit allegations, dismissals and final judgments need original dockets. No outcome is inferred from a company statement or silence.
Business identity
Legal entities, license currency, actual pharmacy fulfillment, state availability and all-in prices remain incomplete across the directory.
Social coverage
No standardized dated content sample or verified practitioner audience exists. API access is not connected and no influence ranking is supported.
What would make the annual report citable?
A reproducible inclusion taxonomy; a versioned entity registry; dated primary documents; explicit denominators; archived observations; qualified reviews; and an accessible corrections trail. The current source corpus is a foundation, not proof that this work is finished.
