Thirty participants are not a treatment standard
An October systematic review found three small human studies and very-low-certainty evidence. The useful story is the design—not the promise.

Read the source and its limits ↗Two August FDA letters connect product claims, blends and injection-related tools. They are product-specific enforcement records, not verdicts about every peptide.

The July PCAC item now reaches the original briefing and relevant presentation passages, rather than stopping at a meeting index. The briefing identifies seven families, separate free-base and acetate forms, and staff proposals. It does not establish committee vote outcomes. The October BPC-157 article uses the review’s complete PubMed abstract and explicitly retains its June 1 search cutoff. June and August letters add product-specific enforcement records outside a purely weight-loss narrative.
The trial register preserves all pages from ten explicit ClinicalTrials.gov queries, with 44 deduplicated all-time returns and 13 first posted in the annual window. These are search-return counts, not verified trials. Every record has a separate screening disposition; two explicit fictional/mock records are excluded from actual-testing evidence, while other unresolved leads are held rather than declared fictitious by association. Biomarker studies and multi-intervention records are distinguished from molecule-specific treatment evidence. The registry page exposes source fields, query log, screening and download files.
New reporting preserves unresolved enrollment/comparator conflicts in the planned BPC-157 rotator-cuff record and separates retrospective registration from outcomes for a commercial gummy record. The oral Wegovy timeline entry now uses the original Drugs@FDA action date rather than a file-path year. Independent sponsor/site verification, other registries, full papers and qualified review remain unfinished.
The clinical results desk adds three original-source study analyses and within-trial visual comparisons: TRIUMPH-1 separates efficacy from treatment-regimen estimates; REDEFINE 4 preserves its missed non-inferiority endpoint; REIMAGINE 2 leads with its primary HbA1c comparison rather than a weight-loss headline. Journal abstracts, sponsor tables and approval announcements retain their different source boundaries. The Wegovy HD stable route now includes FDA’s higher-dose skin-sensation signal. This is selected evidence, not a complete trial review or qualified appraisal.
A business name is not a molecule classification. The December Pinnacle Peptides letter concerns named SARMs; it was not counted here as a peptide-specific event. Likewise, non-peptide GLP-1 medicines remain adjacent-market records, not additions to a peptide-company count. The 377 inherited business dossiers remain an unvalidated mixed lead universe—not 377 confirmed peptide providers.
Each addition links the actual document and the passages used. “Source reviewed” does not mean independent clinical validation, legal signoff or a complete full-text assessment. Earlier articles retain inherited findings unless explicitly revised. Download the machine-readable audit to inspect source boundaries and unresolved work.
Full eight-page briefing introduction; scope, stages, nominations and staff proposals. No committee votes established.
Relevant passages on PDF pages 54–55, 82–83, 98, 101, 105, 110–112 and proposal pages. Not a full assessment of all 149 pages.
Complete PubMed abstract and publication metadata, not the journal full text. Review search cutoff June 1, 2026.
FDA excerpts covering products, intended-use reasoning including footnote 1, date and response requirement. Later response/closeout not verified.

Ten explicit queries, all returned pages; 44 deduplicated records retained with query log. Title/summary/intervention screening for all; highlighted full descriptions/design fields inspected. Separate source and screening JSON, hash-bound to prevent silent refresh promotion.
Full retrieved brief and detailed description explicitly identify fictional/example study; status nevertheless recruiting. Excluded from actual clinical-testing evidence; no allegation about creator intent.
Title explicitly says Mock Study and description says mock protocol. Excluded from actual clinical-testing evidence.
Registry summary, structured enrollment, status, dates, arms, intervention labels and primary outcome reviewed. 30-versus-twenty and saline-versus-no-treatment conflicts preserved; no independent university or regulatory-file confirmation.
Registry source fields show first posting after recorded conduct, 40 actual enrollment, commercial product, no results module. No inference about unsearched publications or regulatory classification.
Original 22 December 2025 approval action, tablet route and later label-action history. Not a review of every full label revision.
Agency explanation of sponsor/investigator responsibility and limited government review; no registry-listing approval inferred.
Complete TRIUMPH-1 abstract and publication record, not full text/protocol/supplements. Weight treatment-regimen values; subgroup estimand distinctions and Lilly funding.
Targeted trial design, 80-week efficacy-estimand headline, 104-week selected extension criteria and estimand footnotes. Not a comprehensive safety review.
Original distributed Lilly release: complete trial-specific GI and adverse-event discontinuation passages. Unrelated Zepbound/Foundayo safety sections not attributed to retatrutide.
REDEFINE 4 original sponsor filing: 809 randomized, open-label 84-week design, both estimand values, missed non-inferiority and qualitative safety paragraph. Full protocol and formal margin/CI not reviewed.
Complete REIMAGINE 2 abstract and metadata; original NCBI BioC abstract retrieved separately. HbA1c primary endpoint, CI, denominator and any-adverse-event rates. Full paper/supplements not reviewed.
REIMAGINE 2 efficacy-estimand weight table, population and investigational status from same-day sponsor release, not independent full-paper extraction.
Complete approval announcement, indication, higher-dose skin-sensation signal and boxed-warning summary. Full label and pivotal-trial reports not reviewed.
Prioritize original PCAC vote records, independent trial verification and full-paper/results extraction next. Do not fill a month, category or page target with unsupported claims. The coverage record and editorial method retain release and review boundaries.
